Check that your webcam is connected and that you have the right software installed.

Web Camera - Right click on the webcam area on the left.
- Scroll down and select 'Settings'.
- Click on the webcam setting.
- Try using a different webcam.

For the best results, make sure the place you're sitting in is well lit. A desklamp might help too.

Try sitting in front of a simple background. The simpler and cleaner the background, the more you'll stand out.
